Scott was arguably the most versatile actor that ever was. As the police close in, he has to decide where he will take the rest of his life.
It's my favorite Geo C Scott role and includes several great supporting actors. And who doesn't enjoy watching those kind of people get their one uppance. Sheriff Slade Harry Morgan is in hot pursuit of the pair and rich girl Bonnie Lee Packard Sue Lyon becomes romantically involved with Curley and helps the fleeing duo stay one step ahead of the sheriff. Mordecai is not so easily convinced to leave his trade behind, however, and when a car theft goes spectacularly wrong and Mordecai ends up in jail, Curley has to pull a fast one to got his pal out of stir. An all around excellent cast headed up George C. I can see why George C.
